Wellbeing | Healing with Ragas
“Raga for Wellbeing: A Journey from Dawn to Night”
This playlist is a carefully curated cycle of Indian classical ragas, performed by some of the finest maestros of our time. Rooted in the ancient tradition of Samay Raga (time theory of ragas), it is designed as a wellbeing journey — aligning music with the natural rhythms of the day, from sunrise to nightfall.
Each raga carries a unique emotional color (rasa), offering calm, clarity, reflection, or release. Together, they create a flow that nourishes both mind and spirit.
