Surdarshan 'Sunny' Singh Chana is an exponent of tabla and jori. He studied under Bhai Gurmeet Singh Virdee, in whose memory Darbar Festival was founded, and also studied with legendary Benares maestro Sukhvinder Singh ‘Pinky’ for 14 years. He is known for his expertise in dhrupad and knowledge of rare rhythmic compositions.
